Boliden to Buy Swedish, Portuguese Mines From Lundin Mining for Up to $1.45 Billion

The Swedish company said it has agreed to buy the Neves-Corvo mine in Portugal and the Zinkgruvan mine in Sweden in a deal to boost its copper and zinc production.
